LINWOOD — Sally Gaye Adams, 38, a resident of Will Snider Road, in the Churchland Community, died Saturday, July 12, 2008 in Sparta, N.C. doing what she loved to do — camping. Funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. in Tyro United Methodist Church with the Rev. Randy Foster, Elder John Draper and Elder David Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Clyde and Ruby Snider Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Ruby King, 390 Will Snider Road, in the Churchland Community. Memorials in Sally’s memory may be sent to the Clyde and Ruby Snider Family Cemetery Fund, c/o Ronda Dorsett, 166 Will Snider Road, Linwood, N.C. 27299. Frances Crouse DENTON — Mrs. Frances Whitt Crouse, 84, of Mountain Vista Health Park and formerly of Crousetown Road, died Friday, July 11, 2008 at Mountain Vista Health Park. Funeral service was held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Central United Methodist Church with the Rev. Benny Clodfelter officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem after an extended illness. He was born in Davidson County on Oct. 17, 1929, to Charlie Lee Fritts and Ida Snider Fritts. He was a lifelong member of Mount Carmel United Methodist Church and worked for Coble Diary for 25 years and the Merita Bread Company for many years before retiring as a route manager in 1999. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Foster and the Rev. Jimmy Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brenner Children’s Hospital, c/o WFU Baptist Medical Center, Medical Center Blvd., Winston-Salem, N.C. 27157 or to a Hospice of the donor’s choice. Ella Mae Southard ARCHDALE — Ella Mae Southard, 83, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 12, 2008, at Gray Brier Nursing Home in Archdale. She was born on Dec. 10, 1924 to Wiley and Alcie Passmore Martin in Clay County. She was of the Baptist faith. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Sechrest Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Amos Mashburn of Landmark Baptist Church in High Point and Pastor Gerald Bingham of Upon This Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Thomasville officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Gardens Memorial Park in High Point. James and Sandra will receive friends at their residence. Arrangements were made through Sechrest Funeral Service in Archdale. Adam Wilson LEXINGTON — James Adam Wilson, 26, of Tyro School Road, Lexington died suddenly Friday, July 11, 2008, in Lexington Memorial Hospital. Mr. Wilson was born on Dec. 14, 1981, in Davidson County to Dennis Wilson and Patty Rethford Wilson. He was formerly employed with Transtar. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Freddie officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park.
